Rita also handles most export inquiries and is in contact with many shipping agencies. |

Mike is a master craftsman at seal and gasket manufacturing. As a trained troubleshooter and technician, Mike is the go-to man for difficult items to make. With nearly 20 years experience in the seal and gasket business, he has seen hundreds of nearly impossible to make items only to find a solution and a way to make the part. Eric is a Customer Helper in the production unit at EPM. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality seals and gaskets available. Eric has learned our CNC Seal-Master Instant Seal Making Machines and works hard to assure timely results for our customers. Using these state-of-the-art machines, he can produce virtually any seal that exists. |

Joe is the international component at EPM. He was born in Denmark, raised in Austria, and then moved to the U.S. in his early teen years. Joe works as a Customer Helper on the phone, answers faxes, and responds to e-mails of our customers daily. You will hear his voice often if you call EPM. Joe can get an answer for any seal or gasket question you have. |
