Thirty (30) days net on open accounts. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted for net invoice amount plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges. For orders from outside the U.S., payment must be received before production can begin and shipment made. Our export department is equipped and familiar with most forms of international payment methods. Wire transfers are the most reliable form of payment. Our bank routing information will be sent upon request.

All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse or shipping point. Increase in prices from our raw material sources make it necessary for us to reserve the right to change prices without notice. Special orders may incur additional charges for expediting service or air freight charges to meet the customers requirements for delivery.

Our normal hours of operation are from 8:00 AM EST until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. An emergency order service is available for after hours, weekends and holidays. A representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency orders are subject to certain call-out fees, overtime charges and courier fees for shipments shuttled to the airport.

Open accounts are available on approved credit.

Quotations are subject to prompt acceptance by our customers. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to reject orders if credit is found unsatisfactory. Prices submitted do not include taxes or shipping charges. Quotations for manufactured items are based on the availability of certain raw materials which were in stock at the time of the quotation. Manufactured orders are made on a first come first serve basis.

If your shipment appears damaged, do not pay the freight bill unless damages have been marked on the freight bill by the carrier. Claims for damaged goods must be made to the carrier.

A restocking fee may apply to any and all returned items. Manufactured items are made to special order from raw materials reserved for that order. Therefore, any manufactured item may not be returned without the written consent of EPM, Inc. Please ask your EPM Customer Helper for more information. Shipments by UPS are standard procedure. Shipments can be made by Federal Express, Air Borne Express, TNT Worldwide, DHL or any common carrier. Additional expenses may be incurred for courier fees for shipments going to the Atlanta International Airport.
