Breaking
|
The sliding lip of packing is cracked or tipped in an arc shape. (piston seal) |
|
(1) Excessive back pressure occurs. |
(1) Remove the cause of back pressure.
(2) Change to SPG (SPGW). |
| The lip part and the pocket are partly carbonized (burned). |

(1) Burning by adiabatic compression of the residual air. |
(1) Operate at low pressure and speed at initial operation of cylinder and completely deaerate. |
